The Global Business Organization (GBO) serves as the driving force behind Google's comprehensive suite of products and services, designed to support the growth and success of customers and partners. GBO encompasses the commercial operations of Ads sellers, business development teams, customer service and support functions, as well as specialized programs that facilitate coordinated engagement with Google's most significant and complex customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discussions with key customer stakeholders to identify marketing objectives and key performance indicators, subsequently translating these into practical campaign strategies.
- Achieve outstanding campaign outcomes, quantify the business impact, and demonstrate significant value to clients, while maintaining meticulous account management.
- Develop and present data-driven solutions designed to maximize customer value through Google's advertising offerings, effectively address objections, and ultimately drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to ensure accurate performance tracking and deliver measurable results that align with customer goals.
- Continuously monitor performance data to extract actionable insights, identify and nurture promising upsell opportunities to foster future customer expansion and build a robust sales pipeline.
