Digital Fulfillment Team Lead

Position Overview

The Digital Fulfillment Team Lead assists in managing the Digital department's operations, addresses inquiries and issues, and focuses on developing team members through training and guidance. The role ensures excellent customer service while overseeing task completion and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support by courteously greeting customers, assisting with product promotion, helping locate merchandise, guiding purchase decisions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Support the coordination and execution of daily tasks in line with priorities set by the Digital Fulfillment Coach and Store Management. Delegate duties and ensure timely completion of picking and dispensing assignments.
• Monitor department presentation and product availability, identifying areas for improvement and addressing deficiencies.
• Lead effective communication with associates, facilitate daily team meetings at each shift’s start, share updates, establish goals, and monitor team productivity.
• Collaborate with the People Lead to review completed work schedules and assign associates to ensure task coverage across all store sections.
• Conduct walkthroughs with the Coach and associates to evaluate operations, identify training needs, and support associate development through coaching and feedback.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety inspections, and maintaining orderly displays and fixtures.
• Complete tasks in GTA and Workday systems while providing support to management.
• Work with the Coach and People Lead to guide associate performance reviews, growth discussions, and support recruitment and hiring efforts.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $20.25.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
