Role Overview
Müller's Solutions is hiring a Digital Content Specialist to oversee, improve, and fine-tune content across digital platforms. The goal of the role is to create a smooth, high-quality user journey by making sure content is clear, accurate, usable, and well-optimized.
Core Responsibilities
- Study user behavior patterns and engagement data to identify content improvement opportunities.
- Track and assess Core Web Vitals and related performance indicators.
- Create dashboards and reports to present content and performance insights.
- Audit digital content to improve readability, usability, and factual accuracy.
- Build and update content style guidelines for consistent publishing.
- Use SEO techniques to strengthen content discoverability and search performance.
- Make sure all published content meets accessibility standards and requirements.
Required Background
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related discipline is needed.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital content management and content development is required.
- Applicants should have a solid grasp of SEO, accessibility standards, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and content management systems is expected.
