Role Summary
The Digital Business Lead will work closely with the Head of Digital & Innovation to help manage the digital business across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role focused on turning strategy into day-to-day execution, keeping delivery, operations, and governance aligned, and ensuring consistent performance across regions. The position also involves acting as a senior operational and client partner within the account structure.
Purpose of the Role
- Assist the Head of Digital & Innovation in growing and coordinating the digital business.
- Provide hands-on leadership across strategy, delivery, and operational execution.
- Maintain strong performance, quality control, and governance standards across markets.
- Serve as a senior operational and client-facing partner on the account.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the digital business across multiple markets and ensure alignment with broader objectives.
- Convert strategic priorities into practical plans, timelines, and clear operational focus.
- Track and improve delivery across digital, data, content, and influencer streams.
- Act as the main senior escalation point for delivery, quality, and resourcing concerns.
- Work closely with Account, Strategy, Media, Data, and Influencer leaders to keep execution coordinated.
- Support client relationship management together with senior account leadership.
- Promote consistency in processes, reporting, and governance across all markets.
- Monitor business performance, team capacity, and delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to growth plans, scope expansion, and new business efforts.
- Guide and coach Digital Managers, Strategists, and delivery teams.

Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in digital or integrated agency environments.
- Background managing large, complex, or multi-market accounts.
- Solid understanding of digital strategy, delivery, and business operations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across complicated workstreams.
- Strong commercial awareness and sound operational decision-making.
- Confident client-facing leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
