Job description
Position Overview
We are searching for a skilled Digital Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and proficiency in converting Building Information Modeling (BIM) Level of Development 500 data into usable asset registers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Asset Management Systems including AMS, CAFM, and CMMS platforms to ensure smooth operations.
- Transform BIM LOD500 data into organized asset registers that facilitate accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain proper asset hierarchies and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheduling to optimize asset lifecycle management.
- Generate regular reports detailing operational metrics and asset performance trends to support decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 5 to 7 years of professional experience working in AMS, CAFM, or CMMS environments.
- Demonstrated capability in converting BIM LOD500 data and structuring comprehensive asset hierarchies.
