Position Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals with 5 to 13 years of experience to join as Digital Appian BPM Developers at our Hyderabad location. The recruitment process includes a face-to-face interview scheduled on 25 July 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates must be prepared for zero to sixty days notice period. This role demands proficiency in business process management using Appian platform and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Expertise in Appian Process Modeler for designing BPM solutions.
- Experience with SAIL interface design to build dynamic user interfaces.
- Handling Records and Record Types for efficient data management.
- Developing and managing Expression Rules within Appian.
- Creating and maintaining Appian Sites and portals.
- Designing Reports and Dashboards for data visualization.
- Managing document storage and retrieval using Appian Document Management.
- Deploying Appian applications efficiently in various environments.
- Integration experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Work with data formats such as JSON and XML for smooth data exchange.
- Configuring Appian Connected Systems and Web API integrations.
- Database integration and management skills for back-end connectivity.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design to support workflows.
- Familiarity with Java and JavaScript preferred for extended functionality.
- Troubleshooting application issues and optimizing performance.
- Understanding source control mechanisms and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
