Role overview
PepsiCo is seeking a Digital and Media Manager to join its beverages business in Chatswood, New South Wales. This is an opportunity to work for a globally recognised FMCG company with well-known brands and a culture that supports employee recognition, growth, and long-term career development.
The role partners closely with internal cross-functional teams and external media and digital agencies to plan and deliver high-impact media activity across the PepsiCo Beverages portfolio. It covers media planning, execution, and transformation work aimed at improving return on investment, while following the ONE PEP Media way of working. The position also includes agency management, joint business planning across major digital platforms, testing and learning, and oversight of media and digital platforms covering creative optimisation, approvals, and performance measurement.

Key responsibilities
- Create and refine audience-led media plans with agency partners and brand teams to improve ROI across Australia and New Zealand.
- Drive digital growth through joint business plans, experimentation programs, and exploration of new digital and social channels in line with global priorities.
- Own media planning standards and ensure they align with global frameworks and media mix modelling insights.
- Lead the management of key media and social platforms while lifting media capability across the ANZ beverages marketing team.
- Oversee media delivery across all beverage brands in ANZ.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant brings a digital-first and consumer-focused mindset, along with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. You should be comfortable influencing stakeholders, delivering end-to-end outcomes, and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving matrix environment.
This role also calls for strong project management capability, confidence working with data and technology-led transformation, and the ability to turn business objectives into scalable, practical solutions.
