Dietician

About the Role

Abha Surgy Centre in Kolkata is looking for a skilled and empathetic Dietician to support their IVF centre. The selected candidate will develop individualized nutritional plans aimed at enhancing fertility and improving treatment success for patients undergoing various fertility therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ nutritional health and design tailored diet regimens considering their medical background and fertility treatment requirements.
• Provide nutritional guidance throughout the IVF treatment phases to boost reproductive health and treatment outcomes.
• Inform patients about how diet influences fertility, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, fertility specialists, and clinical personnel to build comprehensive care strategies.
• Track patient progress and adjust dietary plans in response to treatment feedback and updates.
• Keep abreast of current nutrition research and trends relevant to fertility to ensure advice is evidence-based.
• Advise patients on appropriate supplements, vitamins, and dietary choices supporting reproductive wellness.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
• Certification as a Registered Dietician (RD) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS).
• In-depth knowledge of the interplay between nutrition, reproductive health, and IVF success rates.
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach.

Working Conditions & Additional Information

• This is a full-time position based onsite at Abha Surgy Centre in Kolkata.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
