About the Role
Dublin Post Acute is looking for a caring and reliable Dietary Aide to become a valuable member of our dietary services department. If you have a passion for working with seniors, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of meals and the assembly of food trays.
- Transport meals and snacks to residents.
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and food safety protocols.
- Clean dishes and maintain a hygienic kitchen area.
- Provide assistance to residents during meal service.
- Collaborate effectively with dietary and nursing personnel to ensure resident contentment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Prior experience in food service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Capacity to perform duties effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated punctuality and a constructive outlook.
