Diagnostic & Treatment Planning Specialist

Overview

This is a contract medical specialist role focused on diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning. The work is remote and the expected commitment is between 10 and 40 hours per week. Compensation is set at $97 to $203 per hour.

Role Responsibilities

• Use advanced clinical judgment to diagnose and build treatment plans across a wide range of medical situations.
• Help shape and assess conversational agent workflows so they remain medically accurate and effective.
• Review diagnostic information and translate it into well-structured, patient-centered care plans.
• Prepare thorough health assessments and advise on nutrition, dietetics, and pharmacology-related considerations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve prompt design and quality assurance criteria.
• Run through multi-step conversations with agents and provide expert feedback to strengthen overall system performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical diagnosis, medical decision-making, and patient care management.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, diagnostic interpretation, nutrition, and dietetics.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, immunology, and medical genetics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
• Prior experience creating conversational flows, system prompts, and evaluation rubrics.
