Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents and advisors dedicated to health insurance products.
• Lead and drive sales initiatives through the agency distribution channel effectively.
• Motivate and guide team members to accomplish defined sales objectives.
• Regularly organize meetings and conduct performance evaluations to monitor progress.

Desired Profile

• Graduation in any discipline is essential.
• Minimum one year of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance or marketing sectors.
• Strong communication capabilities coupled with leadership qualities.
