Role Overview
This full-time, onsite role in Shepparton, Victoria is for a Desktop Support Officer who will deliver high-quality technical support to customers. The position includes a company car for travel. The successful person will provide helpful, knowledgeable support with a positive attitude and work across a range of technologies, including Mac and Windows PCs, tablet devices, server environments, network infrastructure, and voice systems. The specialist teams handle most server and network work.

- Keeping customers’ day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Building positive relationships with end users and maintaining a friendly approach.
- Working with colleagues to spot process improvements and make support delivery more efficient.
- Actively seeking customer feedback and using it to improve service quality.
- Handling issues or requests that do not yet have a defined process by helping create and roll out one.
- Keeping documentation and procedures accurate and current.
- Taking responsibility for everyday technology issues and coordinating with third-party providers when needed.
- Partnering with other internal teams to achieve the best result for the customer.
