About the role

This position sits within infrastructure services and focuses on enterprise endpoint management across Windows and macOS environments. The role combines strategy, hands-on engineering, automation, analytics, and team leadership for a large-scale global user environment.

Required technical background

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in endpoint services, including at least 8 years in end-user support/endpoint management and a minimum of 3 years in a lead position. Strong command of ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Nexthink is essential. The role also requires advanced administration of Windows environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy, as well as macOS management through JAMF or ManageEngine MDM. Scripting ability in PowerShell and Bash is needed for packaging and deployment automation, along with a strong grasp of endpoint security practices such as BitLocker, FileVault, and vulnerability remediation.

Key responsibilities

As the subject matter expert for endpoint management, you will shape the global strategy for Windows 10/11 and macOS environments, including standardized OS deployment practices using MDT. You will also define and enforce hardware and software standards across the organization.

On the engineering side, you will administer and fine-tune ManageEngine Endpoint Central, plan and manage automated patching for operating systems and third-party applications to meet security service levels, and lead the full application packaging lifecycle across MSI, EXE, DMG, and PKG formats. You will also manage the enterprise self-service software portal and maintain gold images or provisioning profiles for different device models.

Using Nexthink, you will proactively track endpoint health, detect hidden issues before users are affected, and perform root-cause analysis for recurring performance problems. You will also create and launch Nexthink Campaigns to collect employee feedback and use Nexthink Remote Actions to automate fixes.

In addition, you will lead a team of EUS engineers, coach team members technically, handle performance management, serve as the highest escalation point for complex L1.5/L3 issues, and oversee vendor coordination along with software licensing compliance.
