Job description
Role Overview
Based at the Lichfield showroom, this position offers a base salary of £26,538.49 plus uncapped commission, with an OTE (on-target earnings) of approximately £28,000 or more. The Design Sales Assistant is responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers from their first point of contact. You will engage customers by understanding their needs, guiding them through the showroom, and effectively presenting Magnet's range of products and services.
Key Duties
- Warmly greet customers, establishing a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain high standards of administrative tasks supporting showroom activities.
- Leverage extensive product knowledge to inspire and assist customers throughout their visit.
- Coordinate appointments and aid Kitchen Sales Designers during the customer journey.
- Focus on delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
- Proactively identify and act on opportunities to help meet store sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working towards sales targets or key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effective communication skills coupled with excellent customer service aptitude.
- Strong organisational capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT with keen attention to detail.
- Availability and flexibility to work during weekends.
