Job Description

The position is for a full-time onsite Dermatology and Aesthetic Specialist based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will conduct dermatological consultations and perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures while managing long-term patient follow-ups. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, designing tailored treatment plans, overseeing the application of care protocols, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining medical records, collaborating with medical and paramedical teams, and possibly engaging in patient education on skin health and aesthetic treatments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical training with specialization in dermatology or a recognized diploma in dermatology and aesthetics, with authorization to practice or eligibility for qualification recognition.
• Hands-on experience in clinical dermatology including diagnosis and management of common skin conditions, as well as expertise in aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, non-surgical injections, and rejuvenation therapies.
• Strong mastery of safety protocols, asepsis, hygiene standards in medical and aesthetic settings, and quality patient care norms.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills such as attentive listening, empathy, clear communication with patients, teamwork abilities within multidisciplinary groups, and sensitivity in dealing with delicate situations.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous maintenance of medical documentation, adherence to procedures, and adaptability to an international working environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred; knowledge of English or French is advantageous. Prior experience in the Middle East or clinical environments is beneficial.
