About the Opportunity
This position sits within the Registry and supports the efficient running of Mental Health Tribunal hearings. It may be considered as a full-time role or as a part-time arrangement at 0.4 FTE.
Reporting to the Senior Registrar, the Deputy Registrar handles hearing listings and coordination, supports tribunal members, manages related records and documentation, maintains the statutory register for the tribunal, and undertakes some supervised case management work under the Registrar.
The department is looking for someone who is highly driven, strongly focused on client service, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable performing under pressure.

Key Duties
- Coordinate and list Mental Health Tribunal hearings efficiently.
- Provide operational support to tribunal members.
- Manage documentation linked to tribunal activity, including the statutory register.
- Assist with case management tasks while working under the Registrar's supervision.
- Maintain a strong service focus while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
