Role Overview
The Deputy Regional HR Manager for the MARO region, based in Saudi Arabia, will play a vital role in driving and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals within the region and the PIL Saudi Arabia entity. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and departmental plans.
- Support and manage organizational change management initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts to secure high-caliber talent for critical roles.
- Drive talent management programs focused on development, retention, succession planning, and leadership growth.
- Oversee compensation policies to attract and retain employees, ensuring consistency with regional and global standards.
- Manage the performance appraisal and salary review cycles, including regional calibration.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies, acting as the custodian for HR policy communications and updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records via HRIS, prepare payroll data, verify monthly payroll, and process payroll.
- Handle employee relations matters in alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee office administration including facilities management and coordination with service vendors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant regional HR experience within a global corporation.
- Proven leadership and HR team management capabilities.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement across all organization levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Exhibit both strategic insight and operational effectiveness in HR functions.
