About the role

Siena College is seeking a highly capable leader to take on the position of Deputy Principal Learning & Teaching from January 2027. The College is committed to offering a challenging, enriching and supportive education that inspires young women to pursue truth and act with integrity.

Rooted in Dominican values, this senior leadership position will help guide the future of learning and teaching in a vibrant Catholic girls’ school. The role plays a key part in driving innovation, academic excellence and strong student outcomes across the College.

What you will lead

In this role, you will provide strategic direction across curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, professional learning and staff capability. Working alongside the Executive Leadership Team, you will contribute to whole-school improvement, promote evidence-based practice and help create a learning environment where both students and staff can thrive.
