Role Overview
The Deputy Manager for Holiday Sales will spearhead the Go-to-Market strategy, business analytics, and sales performance excellence. This role demands a professional with a strong analytical mindset and execution focus to pinpoint growth opportunities, enhance sales through data-driven insights, improve key performance metrics, and collaborate with various teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integrating new CRM use cases within the Holiday Experts network, promoting adoption and fueling repeat business.
- Lead the deployment of flight booking sales aligned with land package offerings.
- Oversee partnership businesses including holiday package fulfillment requirements.
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve targets through coordination with Cluster Leaders.
- Identify inefficiencies and process bottlenecks, proposing improvements to boost operational effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional representatives to ensure timely task completion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possess strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to narrate insights effectively.
- Demonstrate capability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable segments.
- Identify root causes precisely and formulate actionable strategies to drive business results.
Qualifications & Experience
The candidate should hold a postgraduate degree from a reputable institute and bring 5 to 10 years of experience in Go-to-Market projects, business analytics, and preferably exposure to international markets.
