Role Overview
Kmart is looking for a dedicated Department Manager at the Mackay, Queensland location. This leadership role is key to driving team success and delivering excellent customer service through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and store management. The position demands strong product expertise, adaptability to changing priorities, and the enforcement of a safe, compliant store environment through sound operational processes and team leadership.
