Job Overview

This is a full-time permanent position based at the H&M store in Birmingham Bullring, requiring 39 working hours weekly. The role demands flexibility across all seven days, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver excellent customer service by maintaining top operational and visual standards within the department.
