Job Overview
This is a full-time permanent position based at the H&M store in Birmingham Bullring, requiring 39 working hours weekly. The role demands flexibility across all seven days, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your team to deliver excellent customer service by maintaining top operational and visual standards within the department.
- Evaluate sales data, recognize business opportunities, establish objectives, and devise strategies to maximize outcomes, profits, and inventory management.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment encouraging innovation.
- Monitor your store’s primary strengths and growth potential with an awareness of competitor activities and the local market landscape to meet customer demands effectively.
Work Environment
You will be part of a vibrant Store Team that includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers working collectively to create an inspiring environment for customers and staff.
