Position Overview
We're currently seeking a Dentist to join our busy Lumino Main Street office in Palmerston North. This modern practice features five dental surgeries and a friendly, cooperative team that prioritizes high-quality, comfortable dental treatment for the wider community. The position offers adaptable options including full-time or part-time work up to five days a week, with no weekend shifts required. Candidates will inherit an existing patient roster that offers excellent earning opportunities with a progressive commission framework.

Additionally, for a limited period, the role includes a special Dentist Bonus Package consisting of:
- Relocation support up to $15,000

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery or its equivalent; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Capability or willingness to be competent across various dental procedures
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey treatment options to patients
- Approachable and patient-friendly demeanor to help patients feel at ease
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
- Mandatory registration with the New Zealand Dental Council and possession of a current Annual Practicing Certificate
