Role Overview
We seek a motivated and passionate Demi Chef de Partie for our Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott Munich City East. As an essential member of our kitchen team, you will actively participate in preparing high-quality dishes within a professional and dynamic environment. Your craftsmanship, attention to quality, and team spirit will be key contributors to our culinary success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes maintaining high quality and consistent standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Take responsibility for specific kitchen sections and work independently during daily operations
- Assist in food control, proper storage, and handling of ingredients
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to foster a positive working atmosphere
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed training as a cook or equivalent kitchen experience
- Initial experience in a similar role and a la carte service preferred
- Passion for cooking paired with high quality expectations
- Strong team orientation, reliability, and organized work approach
- Ability to remain resilient and flexible during busy service periods
