As a Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Pastry & Bakery, you will play a vital role in ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes that consistently delight guests. This position involves supervision of junior kitchen staff, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and upholding strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the kitchen. Key Responsibilities
