Demand & Supply Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Manager to lead the strategic and operational supply planning activities across multiple regions including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China. This role ensures efficient supply chain operations by coordinating with internal teams such as Category Management, Sales, Logistics, and external overseas suppliers to implement strong planning processes, elevate supplier performance, and optimize inventory levels regionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine regional supply planning frameworks, including models for supply forecasting, safety stock policies, and replenishment across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China.
• Lead and mentor the supply planning team by defining key performance indicators such as order accuracy, on-time in full delivery (OTIF), and inventory turnover rates.
• Collaborate closely with the China Supply Chain team to enhance supplier relations, improve export readiness, and manage buffer stock planning.
• Act as the main supply chain liaison with Sales and Category Management to align supply plans with demand trends, new product launches, and address supply issues.
• Manage inventory levels to balance stock availability against capital requirements, including oversight of slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventories together with Category teams.
• Govern purchase order management end-to-end by establishing standards for order issuance, lead-time tracking, and documentation for import shipping handoff.
• Lead escalations involving critical stock shortages, vendor delays, and capacity issues, and implement vendor performance scorecards and evaluation systems.
• Drive continuous process improvements by optimizing ERP/MRP systems, automating workflows, and standardizing operational procedures across regional planning units.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in supply planning with at least 2 to 3 years in leadership roles managing extensive portfolios and international supply chains.
• Advanced skills in ERP software (specifically EPB), supply planning tools, and strong proficiency in Excel for data modeling and forecasting.
