Role Overview
The Delphix TDM Specialist position demands 6 to 8 years of relevant expertise to implement and manage test data management solutions effectively within multi-environment software development life cycles across locations such as Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Chennai, and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Execute end-to-end Delphix-based Test Data Management (TDM) implementations throughout development, testing, UAT, and pre-production phases.
- Develop and enforce robust data masking policies ensuring zero data exposure while maintaining referential integrity across datasets.
- Design automation frameworks utilizing Delphix APIs for provisioning, refreshing, and rewinding data workflows integrated into DevOps pipelines.
- Leverage strong SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, test data subsetting, and handling complex schemas and large datasets.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards, audit requirements, and maintain necessary documentation for compliance approvals.
- Collaborate effectively with QA teams, developers, DBAs, information security, and release management stakeholders to align TDM processes.
- Promptly identify, analyze, and resolve TDM-related incidents that impact release schedules or testing readiness.
- Utilize data integration tools like Informatica, IBM DataStage, or Talend to facilitate data movement and subsetting.
- Work with event-driven architectures using Kafka or queue-based triggers to manage data refresh workflows.
- Have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, especially services related to databases, storage, networking, and secrets management.
- Apply knowledge of data quality tools, reference data management, or IBM Infosphere MDM to maintain golden records in test environments.
- Implement service and workflow management using ServiceNow for change and incident tracking alongside collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
