Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Execute end-to-end Delphix-based Test Data Management (TDM) implementations throughout development, testing, UAT, and pre-production phases.

  • Leverage strong SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, test data subsetting, and handling complex schemas and large datasets.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards, audit requirements, and maintain necessary documentation for compliance approvals.
  • Collaborate effectively with QA teams, developers, DBAs, information security, and release management stakeholders to align TDM processes.
  • Promptly identify, analyze, and resolve TDM-related incidents that impact release schedules or testing readiness.
  • Utilize data integration tools like Informatica, IBM DataStage, or Talend to facilitate data movement and subsetting.
  • Work with event-driven architectures using Kafka or queue-based triggers to manage data refresh workflows.
  • Have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, especially services related to databases, storage, networking, and secrets management.
  • Apply knowledge of data quality tools, reference data management, or IBM Infosphere MDM to maintain golden records in test environments.
  • Implement service and workflow management using ServiceNow for change and incident tracking alongside collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
