What you will do

• Create positive sales and service experiences by greeting and assisting customers in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Support store activities, including merchandising and day-to-day maintenance.
• Provide high-quality delivery service when bringing products to customers’ homes.
• Handle routine truck care and keep the store area maintained on a daily basis.
• Guide customers through the moving and delivery process, respond to concerns, and work to ensure they are satisfied.
• Complete paperwork with customers on site and make sure the documentation is finalized properly.

What we are looking for

• A valid full class driver’s licence with a driver’s abstract in good standing.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and move large household items.
• Strong communication skills and a people-focused, results-driven attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently.
• Willingness and ability to pass background screening, including criminal, employment, and driving history checks.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers CAD 19.00 to 20.00 per hour, plus the chance to earn monthly bonuses.
