Role Overview
The Delivery Specialist role is based in Smiths Falls, Ontario and is an on-site, full-time position. This role combines customer interaction, delivery support, store operations, and light vehicle upkeep to help ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience from the store to their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive sales experience by greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and through email.
- Help maintain retail standards by supporting merchandising and general store upkeep.
- Deliver products to customers’ homes in a professional and timely manner.
- Carry out routine daily checks and basic maintenance on the truck and around the store.
- Guide customers through the moving and delivery process while handling questions or concerns to support satisfaction.
- Complete paperwork and finalize documentation with customers on-site.
Candidate Profile
- Valid full class driver’s licence with a driver’s abstract in good standing.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and handle large household items.
- Strong communication skills with a customer- and results-focused approach.
- Some experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working efficiently.
- Must be able to clear background screening, including criminal, employment, and driving history checks.

- Pay range of CAD 20.00 to CAD 22.00 per hour.
