Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager - Hotel Assets

We are looking for an adept Project Manager / Construction Manager to supervise and deliver significant construction projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. This position focuses on timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery while promoting teamwork among diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to project completion, maintaining consistency with organizational targets.
• Work on-site in collaboration with supervision consultants and contractors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders—including contractors, architects, and government bodies—to guarantee compliance and project alignment.
• Track project advancement via regular status meetings and report updates to senior management.
• Manage budgets and financial aspects to ensure prudent fiscal management.
• Recognize potential project risks and apply mitigation plans to protect timelines and deliverables.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within project teams.
• Conduct evaluations post-project completion to assess results and identify improvements for future initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in extensive construction or development ventures.
• Demonstrated experience in site management and working alongside supervision consultants and contractors.
• Proven success in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal competencies capable of motivating cross-functional teams.
• Superb organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical thinker with effective problem-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered advantageous.
• Experience specifically managing construction projects within Saudi Arabia.
