Delivery Partner - Food and Grocery Delivery

Overview

We are seeking motivated Delivery Partners to join our team and efficiently pick up and deliver food, grocery, and other customer orders from partner restaurants or stores to customers in a timely manner. This position offers flexibility in work hours, weekly payment, and performance-based incentives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated restaurants or partner retail locations.
• Deliver orders promptly to customers within expected timeframes.
• Utilize the dedicated delivery application to accept and manage delivery tasks.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and apply safe driving practices.
• Handle food and package items carefully to avoid damage or spillage.
• Deliver polite and professional customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs using the delivery application.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possess a valid driving license (unless operating a cycle in specific locations where license is not required).
• Own a two-wheeler or cycle as per city-specific requirements.
• Have a smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
• Basic familiarity with local routes and navigation skills.
• Documentation including Aadhaar or PAN card, valid bank account, and any onboarding materials necessary.
