Job Overview

Join Zepto as a Delivery Partner responsible for swift and safe delivery of groceries and daily essentials directly to customers. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time roles available. Compensation varies based on the volume of deliveries, incentive schemes, and city location.

Key Duties

Collect orders promptly from the designated Zepto Dark Store.
Ensure timely and secure delivery of products to customers.
Utilize the Zepto Delivery App effectively to accept and complete orders.
Adhere strictly to traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices.
Preserve the quality and safety of orders throughout transit.
Engage with customers respectfully and maintain professionalism.
Update delivery status accurately through the delivery app.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
Possess a valid driving license, necessary if delivering with two-wheelers.
Own a bike or scooter as required, varying by city.
Have an Android smartphone with internet access.
Basic understanding of GPS navigation and local area routes.
Possession of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a functional bank account.
