We are hiring an experienced Delivery Lead with deep Finance and Accounts expertise to steer enterprise ERP implementation programmes across several industries. This position is centered on client delivery, finance operations, and end-to-end project execution, with direct involvement in implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts and holds a CA or M.Com qualification, which is mandatory. Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred. A strong command of financial accounting, statutory compliance, account consolidation, budgeting, and financial controls is expected.

Prior involvement in ERP implementation projects is preferred. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage, and ERP product training may be provided to suitable candidates. The role also requires excellent stakeholder management, strong client communication, team leadership, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills.
