Key Responsibilities

• Operate necessary equipment and tools efficiently.
• Stock ingredients and supplies properly across work areas and storage.
• Prepare pizza products according to standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and complete required paperwork.
• Clean equipment and store facilities regularly.
• Deliver pizzas safely to customers’ doors, navigating diverse environments including multi-story buildings.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as needed to support promotions.

Job Requirements and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving history in line with company policies.
• Access to an insured personal vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong navigational skills to efficiently locate customer addresses within delivery zones.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; able to make correct monetary change.
• Competency in using computer systems or touchscreen devices for order entry.

Physical and Work Environment

• Work involves standing for extended periods and walking short distances frequently.
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying heavy items such as ingredient cases (up to 50 pounds) and trays of pizza dough.
• Must navigate stairs and climb ladders occasionally, including carrying items upstairs during deliveries.
• Exposure to variable temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and a sometimes noisy environment.
• Manual dexterity and good motor coordination are required for fast and precise movements.
• Essential senses include visual acuity for in-store tasks and night driving, hearing for telephone communications, and tactile sensitivity for safety.
