Delivery Driver/Storeperson

About the role

This position combines customer deliveries with hands-on warehouse support. You will be responsible for delivering Aidacare equipment directly to customers’ addresses while also contributing to smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Role details

• Role title: Delivery Driver/Storeperson
• Work location: Port Macquarie, New South Wales, Australia
• Working pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time permanent
• Reporting line: Regional Manager, Port Macquarie

What you’ll be doing

• Switch between delivery work and warehouse tasks as needed
• Manually load and unload vehicles, with forklift support where required
• Assemble equipment and provide assistance with product setup
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Clean and maintain products within the warehouse environment
• Support stock management activities and purchase order processing

Skills and experience

• Background in driving or warehouse operations is an advantage, though not mandatory
• Valid driver’s licence is essential
• Ability to handle heavy items safely and follow correct manual handling practices
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
• Willingness to complete or provide relevant background checks due to client-facing work, such as police checks and NDIS Worker Screening checks
