Our mission centers on delivering an excellent customer experience. While commonly referred to as delivery drivers, here you’ll be part of the Customer Service Team, crucial in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of top-tier goods.

You will work outdoors regardless of the weather, but you can enjoy your own radio preferences and sing along freely. We utilize automated planning technology to arrange your delivery routes and pre-load your vehicle for convenience.

Working Hours and Pay

Delivery schedules include evenings, weekends, and weekdays to meet diverse customer needs. Alongside your base rate, premium pay for these shifts brings your average hourly earnings to £13.82. Enhanced overtime pay is also available to boost your income for special occasions. All breaks during your shift are paid, meaning you earn for every minute on duty.

Eligibility and Requirements

No prior experience is required to join our supportive team. Bring your enthusiasm and a positive mindset, and our expert trainers will provide all necessary training.

Driving license prerequisites include:

Possession of a full UK or EU driving licence.
At least 12 months of driving experience.
No more than six penalty points on your license.
No driving bans within the past five years.

As some deliveries entail alcohol products, applicants must be 18 years or older. Good communication skills are essential due to the customer-facing nature of the position.

Additional Information

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek including paid breaks. You will work 5 out of 7 days per week on 8-hour shifts. Shift times vary from as early as 5:30 AM to as late as midnight, with schedules provided up to 13 weeks in advance. Please consider commute times before applying. Pay is issued every four weeks on a monthly basis.

Compensation Details

Basic hourly rate Monday to Saturday: £13.22
Evening premium (after 6 PM): £1.12 per hour
Sunday daytime premium: £1.32 per hour
Sunday evening premium: £2.55 per hour
Overtime Monday to Saturday (day shift): £16.53 per hour
Overtime Monday to Saturday (evening shift): £17.65 per hour
