Domino's Pizza is seeking dedicated delivery drivers for its Santa Rosa Beach, Florida location. Offering both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling, this role is ideal for students, individuals seeking a second job, or anyone needing adaptable hours. Drivers receive mileage reimbursement and daily tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers within a designated delivery area using your personal insured vehicle.
• Assist with in-store duties including pizza preparation, food handling, and cleaning.
• Operate restaurant equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage or work stations.
• Receive and process phone orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Ensure the restaurant and equipment are cleaned daily.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving history that meets company standards.
• Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Possess navigational skills to locate addresses using maps and navigate multi-story buildings and various terrains.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for handling cash and making change.
• Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, handle stairs and walk significant distances.

Physical and Work Environment

• Exposure to a range of temperatures from coolers at 36°F to hot work areas exceeding 90°F.
• Work involves dealing with food odors, cornmeal dust, sharp edges, and hot oven surfaces.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, stoop, crouch, reach, push, and carry supplies throughout shifts.
• Deliveries may require navigating stairs up to five flights during customer drop-offs.
