Delivery Driver

About the Role

Daily Responsibilities

• Verify your personal bank with less than $20 including coins before shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock driver station and beverage coolers, following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Conduct safe and timely deliveries, communicating with customers as needed.
• Engage actively in store duties and ensure all orders are double-checked before departure.
• Provide outstanding customer interactions both at the door and inside the store, including warm greetings, eye contact, politeness, and proper handling of cash.
• Answer phone calls promptly during breaks between deliveries.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and contribute to a pleasant environment for customers and staff.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Possess effective communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
• Demonstrate proficient navigational ability to read maps and locate delivery addresses, including navigating complex or multi-level buildings.
• Be flexible with scheduling and readily take direction from management.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills.

Additional Information

Applicants must be legally authorized to work and meet all company standards regarding driving eligibility. Ability to operate a mobile device for order management and communication is required.
