Job description
Overview
Domino’s is seeking dependable, energetic delivery drivers to join its Charleston team. In this role, you will do more than transport food—you will represent the brand, bring meals to customers, and help create a positive service experience for the local community.
This position is well-suited to people looking for a flexible part-time schedule, a second income stream, or a full-time opportunity with room to grow.
Why This Role Can Be a Great Fit
- Schedules can be arranged around mornings, evenings, weekends, or other availability.
- Strong performers may move into leadership roles, as many store managers began as delivery drivers.
- Pay includes hourly earnings, customer tips, and mileage reimbursement; team members aged 18 and above may also qualify for next-day pay through Branch.
- You will work with a supportive team in a lively environment while delivering pizzas, sides, and customer satisfaction.
What the Job Involves
- Deliver pizzas and other menu items safely and on time.
- Serve as a friendly, professional representative of Domino’s during customer interactions.
- Use your own vehicle to complete delivery routes efficiently.
- Observe road rules and follow store safety procedures.
- Support the store with light in-shop tasks when not out on delivery.
Pay
The hourly rate is $9.00 to $9.50, with additional tips and mileage reimbursement. Total earnings can reach up to $30 per hour.
Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old with 2 years of driving experience, or 19 years old with 1 year of driving experience.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving history.
- Have a dependable personal vehicle that is insured.
- Own a working smartphone.
- Bring a positive attitude, consistent punctuality, and reliability.
- Facial tattoos are not allowed. Some facial piercings may be acceptable, but only in limited cases.
Additional Information
All applicant information will be handled confidentially in line with EEO guidelines.
