Delivery Director - Commercial Office

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Delivery Director to lead the Commercial Office project. This key leadership role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of state-of-the-art commercial office buildings. The individual will steer the project from design to handover while meeting quality, timeline, and budgetary goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete delivery cycle of commercial office developments from initial design stages through to final completion and handover.
• Create and execute detailed project delivery strategies aligned with the organization's goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as architects, engineers, procurement, and construction professionals to guarantee smooth project progression.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and other external partners.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and promptly resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
• Deliver regular progress reports, risk assessments, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Encourage the use of innovative and sustainable approaches throughout the project's duration.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• A minimum of 12 years' experience in delivering commercial office projects or large-scale property development with proven success managing complex construction endeavors.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
• Strong expertise in construction methods, project management software, and pertinent regulatory environments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under fast-paced conditions.
