Delivery Courier for Parcels and Letters (m/f/d)

Overview

This full-time, on-site delivery role in Herten involves bringing letters and parcels to customers in your delivery area. The position is offered on a fixed-term basis and includes structured onboarding and paid training before you begin independent deliveries.

What the role includes

• Deliver letter and parcel shipments using the tools and vehicles provided.
• Carry out deliveries across five working days per week, typically between Monday and Saturday.
• Handle consignments that are usually lighter than 10 kg.
• Use company vehicles for deliveries, including fully electric vehicles in some cases.

What the employer offers

• Hourly pay of €18.50 under the tariff agreement, including 50% Christmas bonus and, where applicable, a regional labor market allowance.
• An additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November.
• Vacation pay of up to €332.
• Immediate fixed-term full-time employment with 38.5 working hours per week.
• Option to have overtime paid out and to earn extra through voluntary on-call duty, among other allowances.
