Join Blinkit as a Delivery Boy responsible for collecting grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit's dark stores and ensuring prompt delivery to customers, aiming for a 10 to 20-minute delivery time.
Work Details
- Position can be full-time or part-time with flexible shifts available including morning, evening, and night.
- Primarily a field role requiring use of bike or scooter.
- Must utilize the Blinkit Partner App to manage orders, maintain ratings, and adhere to timing standards.
Compensation and Earnings
Income is based on a per-order model combined with incentives and petrol allowance; it is not a fixed salary. Estimated earnings per order range from ₹20 to ₹35.
- Typical monthly income ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 for normal full-time hours.
- High performers working longer hours can earn between ₹40,000 and ₹70,000 per month.
- Heavy workload and incentive bonuses can push monthly earnings beyond ₹80,000.
To achieve earnings of ₹40,000 to ₹50,000, the following conditions are generally necessary:
- Work 10 to 12 or more hours daily.
- Complete 25 to 40 or more orders per day.
- Operate primarily during peak hours such as evenings or nights.
- Be located in a busy, high-demand urban area.
Example of daily earnings: 30 orders × ₹25 = ₹750 plus incentives of ₹200 to ₹500 totals around ₹900 to ₹1,200, resulting in approximately ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 monthly on a 26-day work schedule.
