About the Role

We are seeking Delivery Partners to join our team, responsible for collecting orders from designated restaurants or partnered stores and delivering them securely and promptly to customers. This position provides flexible working schedules, weekly payments, and opportunities to earn incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept orders using the delivery partner application.
• Pick up food, grocery, or other customer orders from assigned restaurants or partner outlets.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and prioritize safe riding practices.
• Handle and transport packages carefully to avoid damage or spillage.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Update delivery details accurately within the app.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driving license for two-wheelers (not mandatory for cycle deliveries in some regions).
• Own and use a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) or bicycle based on city requirements.
• Have a smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Possess basic knowledge of local routes and navigation.
• Provide necessary onboarding documents such as Aadhaar, PAN card, and a bank account.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Effective time management and reliability.
• Ability to operate smartphone applications and GPS devices effectively.

Additional Details

The monthly earnings range between ₹35,000 and ₹56,000 depending on location, working hours, and incentives. The role requires responsible and punctual individuals who comply with all safety and customer service standards.
