Delivery Boy / Biker - Bulk Parcel Delivery

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Boy / Biker responsible for timely bulk parcel pickups and deliveries in Pune and PCMC areas. The role requires adherence to company-defined routes and schedules, careful handling of parcels, and ongoing communication regarding delivery status and any issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver bulk parcels to assigned locations punctually.
• Follow designated delivery routes and schedules provided by the company.
• Handle all parcels carefully to ensure safety and security.
• Immediately report any delivery problems or delays.
• Regularly update delivery status within the delivery application.
• Comply with company safety and delivery guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Ownership or rental of a two-wheeler vehicle; electric vehicles are preferred.
• Basic proficiency in operating Android smartphones and delivery-related applications.
• Good knowledge of Pune and PCMC routes.
• Exhibit punctuality, discipline, and a customer-oriented demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹40,000.
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.
