Role Overview

This position is centered on deliveries, installations, customer demonstrations, and store support. The work is active and varied: you may be working indoors or outdoors, driving vehicles, setting up merchandise, showing customers how to use products, and helping with moving and pickups. Because the role is store-based, it also includes supporting daily store operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Load merchandise carefully, securing and protecting items for transport
• Unload, install, and demonstrate products at customer locations
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
• Support the store team with moving, picking up, and general assistance as required

Additional Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old in the U.S. and 18 in Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must satisfy U.S. Department of Transportation certification requirements
• Must be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance and up to 300 lbs with a dolly
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions, including rain and intense summer heat
• A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is not required
• No overnight travel is involved

Compensation and Benefits

The posted pay range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour. Aaron’s also offers paid time off, including vacation, sick time, and holidays; medical, dental, and vision coverage; and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. The company notes that pay within the range may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, shift, travel needs, sales or revenue metrics, collective bargaining agreements, and business needs. Bonus, commission, or other variable compensation is not guaranteed unless earned and approved under company policy. Benefits may differ for full-time and part-time employees.
