Key Duties

• Cook and serve food to a high standard while working efficiently and keeping costs under control.
• Oversee day-to-day deli and kitchen activity for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and chilled items under the direction of the Deli Manager.
• Monitor stock levels carefully and apply portion control consistently.
• Keep the work area and equipment hygienic, safe, and in line with HACCP requirements.
• Put customer service first and actively encourage participation in the customer loyalty programme whenever possible.
• Complete deli checks as trained and maintain the required standards throughout the shift.
• Work flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
