About the Role

We are looking for a Solicitor or Associate with 1 to 4 years of post-admission experience to join a prominent General Liability Insurance Litigation practice in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities

  • Representing insurers, underwriters, brokers, and corporate clients in various matters.

  • Providing advice on indemnity disputes and policy coverage.
  • Managing recovery actions and participating in mediations and court proceedings.

Candidate Profile

  • Possesses 1-4 years’ post-admission experience in general liability, insurance litigation, or related legal fields.
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of essential insurance and liability concepts.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exhibits clear and concise legal drafting skills.
  • Capable of managing deadlines and balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Shows a genuine commitment to building client relationships and delivering excellent results.
