Collections Executive Role
Engage with customers to discuss overdue payments and outstanding balances. Communicate payment methods effectively and negotiate feasible repayment arrangements. Monitor adherence to payment commitments and ensure prompt collection. Address customer objections tactfully while maintaining professionalism. Keep precise records of customer interactions and calls within the CRM system. Aim to meet daily and monthly recovery goals.
Appointment Fixing Executive Role
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients. Present products or services and assess customer needs. Evaluate leads and arrange appointments for the sales team. Ensure follow-ups with prospects to confirm scheduled meetings. Accurately document leads and appointment details in the CRM. Strive to achieve prescribed appointment-setting targets.
Key Qualifications and Attributes
Possess excellent communication and negotiation capabilities. Demonstrate confidence in handling objections and persuading clients. Exhibit basic proficiency with computers and CRM platforms. Maintain a target-driven, organized work ethic.
