Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on recovering overdue payments by contacting NPA customers and guiding them through the resolution process. The role also involves logging settlements and complaints in the CRM system, explaining CIBIL-related matters to customers, and following up to collect outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact NPA customers and manage the debt recovery process over calls.
- Record settlement requests and customer complaints in the CRM tool.
- Explain CIBIL-related information to customers and support payment recovery.
- Keep your knowledge current on the products, processes, and systems used in the role.
- Work consistently toward meeting assigned collection targets.
Skills and Knowledge Needed
- Clear and effective verbal communication.
- Good time management to handle follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to understand, note, and interpret basic customer details accurately.
- Strong customer communication and persuasion skills.
- Prior knowledge of banking, credit cards, CIBIL, or loans is preferred.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 16,000 to INR 22,000 per month.
