Overview
We are seeking a Recovery Telecaller to connect with customers concerning outstanding payments and overdue account balances.
Primary Duties
- Initiate calls to clients to collect pending dues.
- Conduct follow-ups on overdue amounts and payment commitments.
- Maintain precise records of calls and payments received.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Meet established daily and weekly recovery goals.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and persuasive abilities.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Experience in telecalling or debt recovery is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Hindi communication is mandatory; grasp of English is beneficial.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges between 15000 and 18500 INR.
