About the Role
Join the Tele Debt Management team in Bangalore to assist customers in handling their dues effectively. This role focuses on direct engagement with customers to establish feasible repayment plans while ensuring adherence to legal and organizational policies. The position emphasizes a customer-first method contributing to healthy portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve collection goals and meet performance benchmarks.
- Educate customers on the consequences of defaulting on their loan repayments.
- Conduct reminder calls to customers who have missed EMIs.
- Collaborate with Field Executives and provide necessary support.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of at least 12th grade or graduation.
- Capable of working autonomously or within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attentive and professional appearance.
- Basic proficiency in internet use and search engines.
- Certification in Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) is preferred but not mandatory.
